Bought some festoon lights for outside, they were installed correctly, however they only lasted 3 weeks.

Clean and tidy store
I visited the ashington branch. The store was airy and clean . After I selected my goods off I went to the checkout. There were a couple of ladies in front of me and they were greeted with a hello by the checkout lady called jenna. .she was friendly and polite to them and even said thank you. Then it came to my turn what a jekyll and Hyde. I got no greeting I was giving no eye contact I got no please or thank you she was only interested in getting another member of staff on the tills so was talking to her colleague while zapping my products? 2 star service and that's being generous
Home Bargains in Albany Road, Cardiff
I visit Home Bargains earlier this afternoon in Albany Road Cardiff, 1 of your staff name Luke ( he maybe a supervisor ) wearing red shirt walked in front of me when me and my son was looking at the shelf to see what drinks to buy, what he could have done is walked behind us and he did not even say 'sorry' or 'excuse me' for doing that, I found that is kind of 'rude' attitude towards customers. You know I work in retail myself so that kind of behaviour is not acceptable.

Damaged packaging
Good products and good delivery, but... TERRIBLE packaging. I ordered 7 items for Christmas presents and 4 of the boxes are damaged. Fed up. Not sure I can give them as presents now. For goodness sake, get better boxes!! You've just wasted my money.

Super Lady in super store.
There are people in this crazy world of ours who just seem to love making other people smile. One such person is Natalie Havard who works for Home Bargains Ystradgynlais Branch, here in the Swansea Valley. Natalie always has a warm and friendly greeting for Home Bargain customers, myself included. Her approach is a happy one. She's also not just a pretty face; she knows Home Bargains' stock like the back of her hand and is always eager to show off.... a new product. The other day I was looking for sugar free boiled sweets, every week I ask "are **** back in stock yet"? Every week I get the same response, NO! Last week Natalie, being a great product pusher, asked me if I had tried ***** brand, OK, among other things in my basket, I bought a box. Sorry Natalie, they're not as good as the old ones, but thanks for recommending! The old adage in Home Bargains; "I only went in for one thing" should be stamped on my forehead!

We went to Home Bargains at Riverside…
We went to Home Bargains at Riverside Park Warrington, this store is immaculate, all the products were arranged beautifully, all the shelves where full the store was spotlessly clean it was a pleasure to shop there, I spoke to a manager telling her how impressed we where with the store, she was very pleased, and thanked me, I told her Sainsburys Managers need to come and look at your store, as Sainsburys is a disgrace

impolite staff at home bargains…
the checkout guy at the Peterlee store was the most miserable individual to put in front of the customers, he never uttered one thank you or please, he obviously did not want to be there, why do management not vet their staff,every other store has pleasant people front of house, why not Home Bargains?
