Bought some festoon lights for outside, they were installed correctly, however they only lasted 3 weeks.
I visited the ashington branch. The store was airy and clean . After I selected my goods off I went to the checkout. There were a couple of ladies in front of me and they were greeted with a hello by the checkout lady called jenna. .she was friendly and polite to them and even said thank you. Then it came to my turn what a jekyll and Hyde. I got no greeting I was giving no eye contact I got no please or thank you she was only interested in getting another member of staff on the tills so was talking to her colleague while zapping my products? 2 star service and that's being generous
I visit Home Bargains earlier this afternoon in Albany Road Cardiff, 1 of your staff name Luke ( he maybe a supervisor ) wearing red shirt walked in front of me when me and my son was looking at the shelf to see what drinks to buy, what he could have done is walked behind us and he did not even say 'sorry' or 'excuse me' for doing that, I found that is kind of 'rude' attitude towards customers. You know I work in retail myself so that kind of behaviour is not acceptable.
No school cakes or giant monster munch. Absolutely raging. Not acceptable. This place is terrible.

Wanted something that we had recently purchased.but they had none in store asked the staff if they had any in the back stockroom and she checked and they didn't have it and the lady went beyond to help us. Thank you so much.all the staff in the Rhyl store are very helpful and polite.the store is always stocked well and clean Many thanks to you all

Placed an order and 4 days gone by with no email to say dispatched. When I asked for order to be cancelled as won't be here in time for Christmas I've just been repeatedly ignored. Will NEVER order online from here again. They take your money quick enough!

Visited the Home bargains store in Seaforth and litherland, Merseyside today. I was disgusted at the way the staff member on Till 1 was being verbally abused by a customer and got no support by any other staff member. Read the reviews on other forums, Home bargains is an awful company to work for.

Ordered online paid £43 something and that included £3.95 delivery. Ordered Christmas gifts and washing supplies. Box arrived with the scent boosters opened all over the items including the chocolate which was also opened and stunk of these scent booster so wasn’t safe for consumption. A toy broken/damaged.. contacted home bargains supposed ‘ support’ to be told I can have £2.85 back that’s it or drive to a store despite me already paying delivery.absolute shambles

Don’t order online from this company! Ordered for the first and very last time, and online item which apparently can take two weeks to arrive!, and it’s for a Xmas present! Emailed them to ask for a refund, and get an automated message saying they can’t do this, as their processing tine is very quick, and my orders already being picked, what a joke ! Then send an email asking for a refund or I will contact trading standards or my bank!, now magically my order has been dispatched, but when checking the Evri link, it still says they are expecting it! I believe this is purely done to make you think you are receiving it soon, and to not issue a refund

All I got from this company on line was automated messages that didn’t answer my questions at all , my order was delayed but no body let me know . I asked to speak to a human but again an automated message was sent . Once this company has your money you get no help , the people in the store are so rude and unhelpful . Would never ever buy from this company again once was enough . I worked in retail for 30 years and have never ever had such bad service worst customer service ever

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced with a company.ordered several goods online only for them to turn up late and the box damaged and the contents missing and broken. Literally nothing in the box and no refund no reply nothing
