What truly set him apart was his outstanding communication and availability. He was always on hand to answer questions, no matter the time, ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. On top of that, he even managed the solicitors when they needed a gentle push, ensuring the process stayed on track. His proactive approach and attention to detail saved so much time and stress. I have never been a fan of estate agents but right from the start Ken and his team have been very helpful and proactive during the sale of my property and they managed to negotiate a better price then I was expecting. The team have a can do attitude and always are polite and friendly

Thank you so much for renting our properties and finding good tenants. The rent is always paid on time, Henley’s rent and manage our properties in hounslow, Kensington and Ealing. Ken and Mikhil explained everything so clearly, no fine print nonsense. The tenants are great and no issues. They take care of all the works within their team and email me with updates and invoices. It has made my life so much easier being a landlord who travels so much.
