Will never use again. 2-3 day delivery advertised from order. Ordered on 16/06/2024 and still not received anything. Emailed for update. No response. Thank god for PayPal, stuck a resolution case on and then they got back to me. On the 27/06/2024 got a response on PayPal apologising for the delay and sent a tracking code saying will be delivered tomorrow. Checked code on 28th it showed delivered and image wasn’t even my package. Worst company I’ve ever spent money with. Avoid at all costs!!

Lack of customer service. Bought watch from them with 2-3 working days delivery. It was delayed and only limited comms took almost two weeks to deliver. Item wasn't as I was expecting so I posted it back with RM first class service it was signed for. Since then no refund, no email. I will be reaching to Trading Standards if its not settled soon.

Placed an order and waited over a week for dispatch no communication from them at all despite multiple emails sent, once item finally received it was not what i expected so it was returned for a refund. Again numerous emails sent requesting a refund and not 1 single reply. Had to report to Klarna who have stopped the payment. They are still waiting for a response also. Absolutely shocking company avoid at all costs

The product did not even clean the floor at all. It literally would not move along the floor and the rubber kept coming out.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Having previously ordered a number of items from this company before, I ordered some ear buds as a present as one of the buds from a previous pair that my partner had had stopped working. However, they just would not connect and so we both contacted the company numerous times via different methods (even sent a letter which was tracked and signed for but ignored!!) but still no response so have been left with a pair of faulty ear bud. This is very disappointing as like I say they were a present.

I have used this company before and been happy with their products, however on this occasion a product i purchased was faulty so i followed their instructions and returned the item (at my own cost) after repeatedly chasing they said a replacement would be sent out! This hasn’t happened and now they won’t reply and i can’t find a phone number for them!

This company sells fake equipment. Please do not buy from them. We ordered some gaming equipment which didn't work. Upon complaining they blocked us on Facebook and refused a refund. Total scam

Terrible service, I ordered a product which I never received and when I emailed them they responded that someone from customer services would be in touch. I never got any response and have emailed them a few times since and nothing! I wouldn’t trust this company I feel I’ve been scammed, a reputable company should not be hit and miss with peoples orders, it should be consistently good and as I see it is not.

All their products are total crap. I bought 3 products from them and all of them stopped working after a few months. I learned from it and now I buy quality products. But of course it is your right to choose what to buy. I didn't buy it again

Absolutely shocking to deal with. I have 2 faulty watches that don't charge or even turn on. I have requested a their address to return items which they have ignored. I opened a dispute on PayPal, they have finally agreed the return and sent a returns label which low and behold doesn't open. I can't claim a refund until I prove the item has been returned. Which I can't becuase they won't give me an address and send a label which doesn't work! Sneaky tactics

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Received my order very quickly and when my son lost a part of the equipment HD TV were more than helpful sending out a replacement immediately free of charge. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough and will most definitely use them again in the future.

Bought a retro game before Christmas controllers will not work. After a lot of emails and mags one response that was no help at all totally wasted £40. 100% do not recommend

I returned an item to them, but despite numerous emails chasing my refund it took them over 3 weeks to give me my money back. Service rating = 0.

I ordered my item 2 weeks ago with 2-3 day delivery. They emailed an acknowledgment of my order and took the money. The item has not arrived and there is no confirmation they have even dispatched it. They responded to one email to say that customer services would contact me. No one has contacted me and they are not responding to emails or Facebook messages. I feel like I have been scammed and looking at other feedback I’m not the only one. I would avoid buying from this company! EDIT. Refunded me today after I threatened to report this to the authorities as theft.

I had a great experience with them a few years back, however over the past year I have had 4 pairs of faulty headphones from them! They do not respond, I have now sent them approx 15 emails asking for a refund with NO RESPONSE! Avoid this company at all cost
