OMG what an awful company!!! First of all the games console I received was an older version, LITE, not the PRO as ordered. Despite e-mailing them (the only way you can contact them) I have still not had a reply….. Second, the console does not work correctly despite following the VERY limited instructions supplied. Again I e-mailed them and whilst I did get an initial reply the issue has not been resolved and they have stopped responding. AVOID at all costs.

Had a few problems at first with not receiving the product but once I got in contact I recieved a reply and product within days only problem some of the games won't load but apart from that I'm very happy

Bought 3 x chargers. None of them work satisfactorily. They either charge for a few seconds then stop, or don’t charge at all. HDTV slow to respond to my email complaint. When they eventually replied, they wrongly blamed my devices, and they advised if I wanted a refund I would have to post them back. The address they provided is not freepost, so postage would be at my own expense. This is against the UK regulations for distance selling. UPDATE: Company have now advised me they will partially refund my postage and that is only if their own testing deems the products to be faulty. So I now have to spend more money to return faulty goods. 0/10 for product quality and 0/10 for customer service

Ordered a projector. It arrived pretty quick. It was a bit cheap so sent it back within a few days. That was 3 weeks ago. Zero communication from the company despite numerous emails. So now now I have paid for a product that I have sent back and no idea when, or if I will get my money back. Would definitely avoid this company. 100% will not use again. Update, just received my refund today, very poor communication. Will avoid in the future.

You can tell which reviews on here are real and which are fake. My personal experience was I purchased an item and although initially got a confirmation email, I have had no correspondence since. All my emails have been ignored. No sign of item and still says processing when I log into my account. Thankfully I paid using PayPal so will be chasing it up with them for a refund. Don’t make the mistake I made. Please shop elsewhere save the hassle.

Product came and was faulty, remote didn’t connect. Emailed to ask about replacement and had no reply, eventually I returned the item at my expense and then a remote did come after returning item! I have emailed several times to ask for refund but still had no outcome or replies. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now!

Absolute garbage. Box was all dented and clearly been opened before I got it maybe I'm the second owner of this piece of junk. Plugged it in and the controllers don't connect. Save yourself the hassle and stay clear of this cheap tat. Could of got better off wish.

Great customer service. When an item didn’t arrive, I emailed and they made sure to send it out promptly. Great service.

Bought a projector 20/7. Sound quality ridiculously poor. Returned at my expense for refund agreed. Failed to action despite repeated requests claiming too busy… Resolved Thanks

The ordering process was good and slick. I did have to chase once as the order sat at processing for two weeks. Then went through quickly. Product is good but did turn up with a slight scratch on the side of the watch which is a shame.

First stick broke but after contacting them was replaced quickly

Awful. Returned product and it has been received as I have the tracking information and won’t refund my money and are no longer replying to my emails. Extremely poor customer service.

Customer service from HDtv is 2nd to none. I had to contact as there was an issue with the stick. Quick email and the issue was dealt with. Got my stick sorted for me very easily and with great communication. Would highly recommend buying and dealing with this company. Very satisfied customer.

Poor customer service we brought one of there game sticks for my godson birthday. When we try to connect it. It will not work no matter what. To say the least I’ve one unhappy Godson. Avoid this lot

The product is not as good as advertised. Really disappointed with the sound and picture.

Didn’t come when suppose to had to contact them to get sent out and have emailed them numerous times about saving the game it does not work and have had no response very poor communication

Having waited a few weeks fory order and lack of communication in the meantime, my projector finally arrived. I gave up after 2 hours of trying to set it up. The quality of the product is certainly not as described. I have made contact again. I wish to return this far from good projector and expect a full refund. Let's see how long it takes them to reply! Thankfully, I paid via PayPal therefore failure to respond to my email will give me no choice but, to start a dispute claim via PayPal.

I have been waiting for my order for 5 weeks. They lied and said that Royal Mail sent it to the wrong address. Royal Mail said that there was no mistake on their part and that the HDTV staff wrote the address wrong. They are not responding to my email now. I will go to the bank and cancel the order. It is a waste of time.

Games took me back to my youth .but games I love like resident evil are in Japanese or Chinese. And can't be changed. Otherwise worth the money
