I bought a game stick 2 few of the games don't work and the ones that do crash I've played on both medal of honor ps1 and half way through they crash i contacted customer service 3 times now they replied once told me what to do which I did and nothing changed also the hdmi extension cable broke in my tv when I took it out the metal part was still in the tv...poorly made I paid 59.99 for something that don't work properly

So I placed an order last Sunday for Air Buds Max - I received order confirmation for next day delivery. So I was expecting them Tuesday but nothing arrived. I requested the tracking information on 3, 4 occasions and every time I got a reply but they wouldn’t give it to me. Just said they can see it has been dispatched by Royal Mail and will be with me by the weekend. They duly turned up yesterday as they said. But it makes you nervous when a seller has a 2.8 rating. As for the goods amazing quality, you would have to really know your stuff to know the difference between them and the Apple ones.

Another Scam business! Do NOT buy from their website or from their FB add. I never received my item.

pure shite! The item had already been opened and was probably an item previously returned as per the other reviews. I wont bother with the details but substandard quality etc... i wont return the item to allow the same cycle to continue. i regret not reading the reviews prior to purchase. Avoid these scammers.

No indication that the item I returned for a refund has been received.and obviously no sign of a refund.

Reading light purchased as a Christmas Present for my avid reading daughter. She loves it!

Wouldn’t even rate this company a 1* but I had no choice, I purchased a hd game stick pro which was damaged, the company guided me to fix the game stick myself to which I refused. I’ve send the product back, and I’ve send several emails no refund send back to me. Still not refunded my money yet I have send damages stick back. Company have now restricted me from their website and are not replying to any of my messages. Very poor

Ordered item from here 28th December 2024 Have had no delivery details and no update, no replies to emails sent either.

Item arrived, not very good quality, does not do as it says. Returned end of November now in January and still no refund, sent lots of emails but customer service very poor. Will not buy from them again or recommend!!!

Stay away from these people faulty product its been over 8 weeks no refund! Sent them countless e mails! No response

It doesn't work on my TV

I have just received my game I ordered and I’m so pleased to receive it can’t wait to play with my grandchildren at Christmas excellent present for all the family with so many games to play thank you for the quick service the updates and a great service I received will definitely recommend to everyone merry Christmas

Received item and not as expected, so returned as advised by customer services. Parcel sent and was received by the supplier and over 2 weeks later still awaiting a refund, after emailing them and no response.

Product did not work properly. Returned it, it was signed for still waiting for my refund after two weeks. When chased they want the tracking number which has been provided but now no response or refund

Shocking company. No communication at all. No effort has been made on their part to contact me regarding my order. No phone number to contact them either. Very unprofessional company

Ordered an item and now can't login as my access has been blocked. However it appears the login issue was not our end and item has been received and looks good so far. Makes a good gift for any age.

Order has been received and I can’t track it, the seller keeps saying it will arrive the next day 3weeks later still waiting

No problems with company .sent an item back last Tuesday the 22/10/2024…received refund yesterday 31/10/2024…they replied to every email sent …would use again
