Placed a order 19/6 , other than a order confirmation which is clearly automatic, trying to contact this company is impossible ! 6 separate emails sent, filled in contact form on website numerous times and never had a response. They update tracking which stated 48 hour delivery but item never received.

I cancelled this order as it took so long refund me in full

Wish I'd never purchased the kids tablet from this company, zero after sales care, zero help and automated emails that give no help whatsoever. If your reading this prior to your purchase please do not buy from them as they will not support you in the event of a fault.

I recently bought a charger pack from HD TV entertainment which I am really pleased with. It’s a great product and really pleased with it! In addition, I managed to lose the blue magnetic disk in about five minutes and when I reached out to them, they sent me a replacement with no questions asked! Fantastic customer service - highly recommend!

Absolute joke of a company, paid for a product which I didn’t receive, they asked me to send it back so they could resend the correct order. 3 weeks later still nothing, not even replying to my emails now. Won’t be ordering anything again!

Great product

Lovely company to deal with and they are very very helpful. We have two projectors unfortunately both remotes got broken. I contacted HD TV to purchase some replacement remotes. They said we don’t see them but have sent me 2 out for free. I was pleasantly shocked by what a great response I got. Thanks for all your help.

Ordered a game stick which didn't work properly so sent back by Recorded Delivery and despite it being signed for at their end over 3 weeks ago I cannot get any response from them regarding refund. I have now sent 3 emails which are just ignored. I would avoid this company!!

The “super fast charger” drains quicker than it does charging. Influencers online review of these products are false. Product is not what was described.

I never received my package apparently it had the wrong address on it and it was returned to sender so I am trying to get it sent with the correct address on 20 Moorview Close Pegswood Morpeth Northumberland Ne61 6 yx

I ordered an item on 9 April for £29.99, I still haven’t received it neither have I received a reply to my e mail!!

I ordered a "game stick" Having set this up and played a few of the retro games, I was pleased with the item. However some of the games that should be 2 player are not allowing 2 player mode. I've now reached out to HD Entertainment for help to resolve this twice and only received a standard ""we'll be in touch" response. After almost a month on and still nothing. I suppose it's just another "rip you off" compay selling counterfeit goods I would suggest avoiding them.

I have two projectors from this company, and they are fantastic! The customer service I have received from HDTV entertainment is superlative. Unfortunately during a recent housemove, I misplaced my remote control units for the projectors. Subsequent to this, I emailed the company to purchase replacements. The customer service team responded to my email immediately and indeed posted me two replacement remote controllers. I received them within a couple of days.... furthermore! They did not charge me for these and sent them complimentary..!!! I cannot fault the communication, products and after sales service I have received.. An excellent company and brilliant service!! Very little communication, I've had to chase for delivery, gamestick was disappointing and took too long to respond to my emails and I'm still awaiting a refund after well over a week. Again I've no response from email.

Multiple games on different old platforms and two controllers is great. Easy to setup but I would say the image quality of the games is poorer than I was expecting to be honest. It may be down to the TV resolution I’m using on my TV but I’m not sure. Bought for my two grandsons as they love crash bandicoot. Not sure if I can fully recommended or not hence the 3 stars
