Brilliant quality and service! I would buy from here again

Product arrived on time, simple set up, worked great for around a week, now will not work at all

I ordered 3 2 worked really well the third didn't work the charger bit was broken my child really upset

Product faulty not able to use over Christmas

Not so easy to go back to game menu when playing a game

I understand xmas is busy, but it took 6 days to dispatch keyring ordered on 15th. What annoyed me was when I emailed them they told me item was dispatched and id have it for xmas when tracking started it showed they lied and it was sent two days after they said it was dispatched. So there is no next day dispatch or 3 to 4 days delivery like the website says

I ordered 2 game sticks got charged for 3.after couple of emails said to return for refund at my expense said ill return with a label supplied heard nothing more .id avoid this company.

Haven’t received item after 2 weeks and poor to non existent communication after several emails

Was made up with the service would have got five stars if the delivery was quicker

Having ordered previously and happy with this company and the products I ordered a new charging cable. The wrong size was sent so I contacted them on their web page. Unfortunately I have never received any reply .

The games are great, love the old games I used to play as a kid

Fabulous device takes me back to my childhood. Love all the old style games. So many to choose from too.

Do not use these frauds I've been messed about numerous times with my product stil not arrived after 3 weeks when meant to be 2 -3 days no sense out of emails sent to me even sent a tracking number which royal mail are stil waiting for the package SCAMMERS

Bought a couple of items from HD TV Entertainment but had a wee issue with product. After a couple of emails items were returned & because still in warranty HD sent replacements. Excellent customer service and timescale and will definitely use and recommend HD. J.Edwards

Absolutely rubbish company, dont reply to email and wont give a refund. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!

Prompt delivery of a great product at a decent price.

Not received order and company are not replying to emails asking for refund.

Does anyone have a telephone number for this totally useless company. I'm still waiting for a refund and they just ignore all my emails 😞
