Sneaky returns tactics

Absolutely shocking to deal with. I have 2 faulty watches that don't charge or even turn on. I have requested a their address to return items which they have ignored. I opened a dispute on PayPal, they have finally agreed the return and sent a returns label which low and behold doesn't open. I can't claim a refund until I prove the item has been returned. Which I can't becuase they won't give me an address and send a label which doesn't work! Sneaky tactics

Be very careful!

On the whole we had a great holiday but the villa was a little shabby around the edges. Could do with a freshen up. What ruined the holiday though was that they tried to bill us for damage that was already there. Be very careful and don’t assume if there is damage already there they are aware of it. Wouldn’t return to a property via this company.
