Kilmarnock store was very good
Kilmarnock retail park store was very good, a little busy but helpful friendly staff and piping hot food
Greggs has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

There is a dead bug in my daughters yum yum
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

I placed an order with Greggs in cosham. Placed this on just eat at 8.20 am in the morning and delivery slot they changed serval times they had a driver and then didn't.So when they confirmed a driver they expected me so except the order 2hours later this unacceptableif cannot get delivered to mess around expect customer to wait 2hours just cancel it and refund. There no excuses for having wait order and expect the customer wait that long . Overall experience very poor service with no excuses.
The staff are generally polite at the Greggs store I visit, and the food and drink are excellent and great value for money. The speed of service is satisfactory, and the cafe is always clean. I spend some time in there having breakfast while doing work. The Greggs app works well, and the rewards scheme item variety is vast. Regardless of whether an item is discounted or part of a deal, you can still collect a stamp. I am knocking off one star as I have experienced the rare instance where staff members may not display the customer-friendly service Greggs would expect; I stress that this is rare. Overall, I generally have good experiences at Greggs and would recommend the company based on customer experience and pricing, especially their deals.
Order some bacon rolls on the mob for my guys on site, staff were great. When I turned up to collect they were bagging the food. I’ve been in here when it’s very busy and the staff are under pressure, but all the staff pull together it’s a great team. Thank you all for always being friendly and welcoming.
Went into Lisburn to get a bacon bap and OJ. Queued got to counter, no Bacon! What about sausage? No none either. Total waste of time and effort!
I use Greggs weeley 2-3 Times a month's and unfortunately this visit was the worse I've had in a very long time anywhere, the young girl couldn't understand my order despite repeating myself 3 times on 2 of the items and even then she still got my hot drink wrong and when I corrected her she looked at me as if I've done something wrong, for a relatively new site it's gotta get staff who can understand customers orders. Won't be getting my business again
I started to use Greggs on a daily basis if sometimes only for a coffee in Tewksbury high street next to Costa and never had a day where the staff have been grumpy, and we all have those days. I'd like to say thank you to all of the lovely staff.
The Belgium bun is not the same recipe as the 5 start Belgium bun that they use to be. I'm very disappointed that their decision to change the Belgium bun to a lower standard is prevailing over the high quality that they use to have It was one of my favourite treats from being born in the UK. Now I have nothing to look forward to. Learn the difference of the Belgium bun you offer now and how you have to go back to the original recipe. It's a no brainer why can't greggs understand they made a terrible decision which they can correct. People use to travel just to get that lovely Belgium bun.
