Lisburn’s cupboard is bare!
Went into Lisburn to get a bacon bap and OJ. Queued got to counter, no Bacon! What about sausage? No none either. Total waste of time and effort!

I had been using PIA for over 5 years and in that time it worked, could login and stream. I attempted to sign in after renewing my annual payment. Could not sign in? I tried 4th January to get support, typed in, and waited! What a joke! I emailed my payment receipt and explained I could not sign in, waited and waited and waited for the support. Nothing ever came, so I got up and went about my business as no one was home at PIA. Came back to a reply hours later, thinking there might be some help I replied, but again no response from support. Basically, support with PIA is a 24-hour turn round from asking or answering. Did they attempt to sort the problem, NO! Was the service timely, NO! I will contact the bank for a full refund as reading the failures on Trustpilot of PIA and customer feedback it is not the quality of the company when I signed up to them. I would remind them here to make sure you also cancel the Cloud storage as well and if you cannot sort out access to your alleged working VPN service you can be dam sure I won't use your cloud storage! This is now a company to "Avoid At ALL Costs!" UPDATE I was told this morning that they would credit my account back in 48 hours, when you leave a bad review they claim it will now take 10 days. A perfect example what was once good but now an utter shambles!
