As a lover of most of Greggs products…
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!

Greggs have no interest in British…
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Plastic piping baguette
Bought a baguette for work and it was so crusty it wouldn't even bite or chew hurt my teeth trying to bite into it and it wouldnt budge until it just snapped clean like a plastic pipe so now gone all day without food got no way to get food cos domt drive and no where near shops takes the mick places like this because the people working there dont care about u and ur health pr hygiene they just care about there job and there pay and getting home.

Rude and not helpful at all
I m going there almost every morning to take my bacon roll and coffe at Gilmerton store. Usually there is a lovely lady to serve at the front! I don’t like fat in the bacon so she gently take if of of it. And she is remember me all the time. This morning I haven’t got time to have my breakfast at home, so i went at the store and wasn’t the kind lady, it was another one really serious and i asked if she took of the fat off. She said that she can’t! And i said that another one do it for me, I believe that instead of repeating to me that she couldn't do it because I was slowing down the queue (there was only one person behind me) she could have used the time to argue to remove me from the fat of the bacon. So I just left with no breakfast at work. I worked in catering, we should be a little more helpfull and friendly to ensure that the customer is satisfied and comes back.

Went into my local greggs today as i was craving the cheese bites and wedgies. when i walked into the store i noticed they didn’t have any cheese bites out which i was distraught by and i was able to get wedgies which were cold i will be going into a different greggs next time as i thought this was awful.

Leighton buzzard store
Leighton buzzard store. So my first visit I asked for a bean and cheese slice, 3 minutes later I took a bite and realised it was actually a chicken slice instead, so I go back to tell the old women that served me and she didn’t even say sorry and got a man to hand me over my right slice. THEN to top it off the slice was undercooked and freezing. I my self work in a food industry and the food and services was disgusting. And frankly lucky I’m not allergic to chicken. Worst experience ever. Would upload pictures if it would let me

Went into Truro today and despite it…
Went into Truro today and despite it being very busy Nadine was so lovely and helpful, wonderful to see a smiling face despite the stress of serving a long queue. Can’t say the same for the other lady on the counter who looked like she would rather be anywhere else but there. I did see that Nadine is a supervisor too which was lovely to see her fully immersed into greggs and not sitting out the back, I sat in and watched her for a while and what a fantastic supervisor you have there! If she wants to come and work for us in mannings please tell her to pop in for a chat. There’s a young man who works here often and he is lovely too. If you can get more of him and Nadine it would be a much better place. Lovely food and drinks too! Sorry I can’t remember the young man’s name and I hope I have spelt her name right!

Leicester Abbey Lane Branch Octopus are doing a free Greggs coffee promotion over the year, one a week. Went to the shop, really clean, plenty of room to sit down and great coffee! Staff very helpful, cheerful and friendly.
