As a lover of most of Greggs products…
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!

Greggs have no interest in British…
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

I always go Gregg's on the boship…
I always go Gregg's on the boship roundabout for a bacon roll and something for lunch. I find it fantastic in there. They are all friendly especially Reece I believe he is one of the supervisors. He is so helpful, understanding and gives people that extra bit of care when dealing with someone who encounters a problem, like not having enough money its really embarrassing when your card won't work or your phone and you don't have cash, Reece just takes it all in his stride and sorts the problem outwithout making anyone look stupid but. He is very caring and a he thinks about his customers. I would like to thank Reece and all the staff in that Greg's they are all fantastic and lovely people 😊

Melton Mowbray greggs has really gone down hill. Very disappointed slow service the tables are sticky. Bins Very often overflowing. Always seems short of staff, especially on market days

Impressed never been befor
Called into the Howdon branch, was unsure about going in as its the reduced products . Was very suprised at the stock well infact Impressed . Items Such a good buy, chatting to a lady called Rachel behind the counter very friendly and we chatted about the products and was very Helpfull walked out with way more than i expected to and will definatly be going back in .

Visited the new store in Kirkcaldy, Fife and the toilet was disgusting. Stained toilet bowl, obviously cleaning isn’t a priority.

my steak bake was cold
my steak bake was cold. my cinnamon coffee was far from hot. i waited at least 10 minutes for the incompetent servers to complete my order, even though it was just those two items they had to prepare. i’m extremely disappointed and this has discouraged me from EVER entering a greggs again.

WARNING! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!
I will NEVER EVER EVER use this company EVER gain. Their drivers drive all over the place before getting my order to me. Also twice on the same day they cancelled my orders WITHOUT sending out a notification! I have put in an order at 8.30am that was supposed to arrive at 9.08. They keep changing delivery time. It's now up to 10.01am. This keeps happening so all hot items including the coffee arrive DEAD COLD!"!!!! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE joke of a service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURRANT. My house is barely a mile and a half away and still they take forever. If you want your food on time then I STRONGLY recommend you order from someone else. Don't order from here, just don't do it. They even take £1.94 for service, a disgraceful service that deserves NOTHING AT ALL!!!! Warnings should be put on Uber Eats about how tardy this restaurant is. There appears to be no way of cancelling either. I am so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
