Kilmarnock store was very good
Kilmarnock retail park store was very good, a little busy but helpful friendly staff and piping hot food
Greggs has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

There is a dead bug in my daughters yum yum
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Bought steak bakes from Greggs Bold Street Liverpool, colder then room temperature was told they don't advertise them as being hot only as freshly baked, would not exchange for anything hot, inedible went in the bin
Very friendly service as I waited for my hot drink to be made this lunchtime at the Southend (Southchurch Road branch). Put a smile on face :-)
We were having problems with the Greggs app, which was not easy to solve, but thanks to Steve and everyone we spoke to, after several phone calls Steve managed to solve the problem. Everyone at customer services were always so polite, helpful and friendly and we cannot praise them enough.
Such poor service, no hast to service customers, 7 people in the que, 1 person serving customers & the other young lady looking at customers to only make hot drinks & check the delivery screen….there was no deliveries on screen for the whole time I was in there (9mins) ……you need to train your staff to multitask. First of all the location is not ideal for deliveries, and expect disappointment when the food arives. (this review is about the greggs located at Westfield white city and also the food in general). Greggs is not what it was, food prices have increased which is not a Suprise. But what I'm not happy about is the pizza that simply doesn't taste the same. What would have been a lovely afternoon on my way home from college turned nasty having vomited after consuming 2 of there pepperoni pizzas. Fallen out of love with there yum yums also hate that they now serve them warm which is something that I found out just today. Greggs doesn't hit like it use to, it's honestly down hill and I don't think it can recover. If you love it then I feel sorry for you, but if your like me then my friend you have seen the light. Also, if your going to order greggs online forget about the Westfield location even if you live across(see uber eats review to find out why).
