Continuously Meets and Exceeds Expectations

Home Bargains has been and continues to be a great shopping experience, and their items are very reasonably priced. They also stock food in my local store, which is great because it saves me the hassle of having to travel elsewhere to buy food items at a supermarket. The store is always clean, and the employees appear to always be busy and doing their jobs. Home Bargains appears to be a well-oiled machine, working efficiently from the outside, looking in.

Satisfied Customer

The staff are generally polite at the Greggs store I visit, and the food and drink are excellent and great value for money. The speed of service is satisfactory, and the cafe is always clean. I spend some time in there having breakfast while doing work. The Greggs app works well, and the rewards scheme item variety is vast. Regardless of whether an item is discounted or part of a deal, you can still collect a stamp. I am knocking off one star as I have experienced the rare instance where staff members may not display the customer-friendly service Greggs would expect; I stress that this is rare. Overall, I generally have good experiences at Greggs and would recommend the company based on customer experience and pricing, especially their deals.
