Kilmarnock store was very good
Kilmarnock retail park store was very good, a little busy but helpful friendly staff and piping hot food
Greggs has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

There is a dead bug in my daughters yum yum
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

What a lovely gesture in st Albans city centre Gregg’s. Chees and onion pasty was not ready so served me vegetables one for free as there was wait for cheese and onion which I could not wait
Almost a three but this from a customer with a disability. Every time I go into local Greggs no attempt by staff to a provide a paper bag so I can carry out purchases. This happened to day in Darlington town centre. Staff can clearly see that am struggling with a walking stick, but simply place items I've bought on counter and make no attempt to place them in bag. Not sure it's company policy, but I literally have to beg to get one. Once I've asked they don't even place everything in the bag. It's frustrating and infuriating.
Diane is a great worker and she always provides a first class service ! Great attention to detail! She works on the TY Glas Estate.
I’m writing to share some disappointing feedback regarding the service at your Cowley Bridge, Exeter location (inside the Morrisons site). This is the third time I’ve visited this branch and experienced noticeably slow service. Painfully slow! During my visit today, there were no other customers waiting, yet two members of staff were entirely focused on sorting a coffee machine. Despite standing at the counter for nearly five minutes, I was not acknowledged or greeted - not even with a “we’ll be with you shortly.” Ultimately, I left without being served. This lack of awareness and customer care is unacceptable and frankly, quite rude. It’s frustrating to experience the same issue multiple times, especially from a brand I usually associate with quick and friendly service. I hope you are able to investigate this and ensure the team receives a reminder about basic customer engagement and service standards.
Very poor experience in Crawley branch. A cold bacon roll, with coffee that's more like milky water. Total utter disappointed of a breakfast offer. Hardly any bacon in the bacon roll at all. Nothing right here at all. I would not ever trust this lot with any order again.
If you insist on providing delivery services then maybe stop constantly cancelling orders. Boycotting greggs online now. Ridiculous. Waited 40 minutes for it to be cancelled... again.
I just paid 2.25 for a lucozade the prices of greggs now are an absolute joke. No wonder why people dont go in there as much now. Sort your prices out.
NO LONGER VALUE FOR MONEY They get the two stars for customer services, but it would be better if it was for value and food quality The breakfast baguette now only gets two Sausages and small they are and two pieces of Omelette!! NOT WORTH IT, And when yuu get the Hash Browns which is rare they are cold and soggy. Tip if you want hash browns order for pick up THE TEAM IN STORES ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL - This is a corporate greed thing
