As a lover of most of Greggs products…
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!

Greggs have no interest in British…
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

as a regular customer visited 3 shops…
as a regular customer visited 3 shops between 0930 and 1015 to get a breakfast baguette and a coffee none could do it-no bacon- no baguette-no egg and no apology....its a regular occurence.....whats the point of hhaving a decent offer and you cant put it on the counter....backstreet retailer -wont be back-rather pay more elsewhere

I do like Greg’s , there staff across the board of Greg’s have one pace only I know they not fast food chain however they are super slow path no multi tasking .Today I waited 15 mins one person on Que was out door , not only did I leave also had no time too go else wheee due too starting work !!!

Filthy experience, never to be repeated.
The entirety of this food outlet was filthy. Uncleaned tables, accumulatedfood detritus on all parts of the floor, particularly under tables and chairs. I was going to use the customer loo, but didn't dare, especially given the state of the restaurant and service area. I had to ask a member of staff to wipe the table clean before I sat down with my coffee. I will never go into another Greggs. A vile experience.

I am sick and tired of Gregg's serving (boiling) hot food, it takes me 30 mins to wait for my pasti to cool, this is an every day occurrence. I've given up buying pastis from Greggs. I am fed up of burning my mouth which is actually classed as abuse and incompetence,

We went to Greggs at trowel services north bound the the trainee that served us was fantastic but the old man who made our breakfast rolls was the most rudest person I have ever met I asked which one had brown sauce on and was told which ever one says it and he throw down our rolls
