Kilmarnock store was very good
Kilmarnock retail park store was very good, a little busy but helpful friendly staff and piping hot food
Greggs has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

There is a dead bug in my daughters yum yum
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Sandra at Thurrock Greg’s amazing service nicest lady and generally so polite I will be back
Visited greggs pant Merthyr Tydfil south Wales to collect my wife's too good to go bag. The manager at the store would not give me the bag as I did not have a link. My wife has the app at home and is really unwell and recently came out of hospital. I rang my wife and she spoke to the manager and despite me having the relevant codes and receipts she still would not give me the bag. Her attitude was terrible. Her customers should come first. She was patronising and really unhelpful. She even told me her concern is her job not my problem! I'd expect her to help me resolve my problem as part of her job! I'm offended that she suggested I was trying to pull the wool over and I am unhappy that I have lost money and petrol as I had to travel to pant in merthyr to collect the bag. I'd score this shop zero stars but it only allows from 1 star upwards. 😡
Called at The Arcade, Greggs for a quick coffee and a sweet treat !! The staff where a delight to talk too and they had a smile and a kind word for everyone. Well done Greggs. The coffee and éclair were delicious😋
Greggs North point Hull : Not enough staff from another greedy company. Tables filthy, bin area disgusting. Bins over flowing.. And this despite changing £1.30 for a sausage roll.. Next time I'll post a video on social media..
Travelling back from rugby we stopped at Trowel service station for a drink, ordered a coffee and a cappuccino. I was asked if I would like chocolate sprinkles on my cappuccino I said ooh yes please. I got to my table and they had forgot to put any on. There was nobody at the counter so I went back up and I said to the young girl can I have some chocolate on please i think she must have forgotten to put some on for me, she snatched the cup off me put some on and then slammed the drink onto the counter. I couldn't believe it she glared at me. My husband went up and asked for the manager and said she needs to learn some customer service skills. There was no need for such nastiness. Before your staff are put on the shop floor please learn them how to treat a customer , and if they are having a bad day leave it at the door
Ordered takeaway at 17.15. 2 cold sandwiches, 2 bakes and 2 doughnuts. Nothing that needed cooking or preparing, just needed putting in a bag. Didn't receive delivery until 19.46! And it is a 10 minute drive (if that) with traffic. Really wasn't worth it
i am a well known customer to greggs every morning/ and this morning at around 10.30 to 10.45am -i witnessed verbal abuse to one young lady that works for you the gentleman was not happy having to wait for his food to come out of the oven/ mean while the girl was serving other customers that had asked for the food that the rude gentalman was waiting for she appologised and said the food will be with you shortly/ as the young girl got the food out of the oven he contiungly shouted ate her to hurry up/ he said he would tell her manager about her /she gave him his food and he left still very irate/ the young girl as i know her as kate is very polite to all customers and never rude went into the back and cried /she should not have been serving as it was past her shift, but she stayed long enough to give the customers that had been waiting for the food they had ordered.
