Kilmarnock store was very good
Kilmarnock retail park store was very good, a little busy but helpful friendly staff and piping hot food
Greggs has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

There is a dead bug in my daughters yum yum
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Today 23Jul 2025 stopped at Greggs Stafford M6 north bound around 12:53 it was busy and I saw a staff member fixing the illuminated board and servers were still serving. The man was standing on the serving table with his dirty shoes next to the coffee machines.I found it really disgusting because the server put a customer's pasty on the same table right after the man got off the table .She did not bother even to wipe off the table with disinfectant wipes.I will never visit any greggs in my life again.
I was in Greggs with my daughter in Romford the one by the quadrant and betting shop and she asked if she could have a pizza in these exact words "can I have a piece of pepperoni pizza please" and this lady just ignores her she wasn't being rude or anything just asked nicely and got ignored so then I asked if I could have one and she did it right away but I was shocked
23.07.2025, 11am ish. I just visited the Gregs at Wessex Retail Park, Poole. No one was serving although a person in the kitchen area was looking right at us while talking to another member of staff. After a while the woman appeared but ignored the queue until the customer at the front of the queue called 'excuse me, I need some tomato sauce for my roll". The female staff member took the roll, removed it from its wrapper, with her bare hands and put some sauce on it. At that point I decided I would rather get my food elsewhere. Have Gregs forgot about Covid let alone basic catering hygiene.
Went to Greggs yesterday Keighley rd Frizinghall Bradford West Yorkshire.Had a few promotional QR codes. Showed to assistant at counter and was told by another assistant intervening rudely these are ‘ Subway codes’ which was basically wrong. Both customer services assistants had no communication skills or being courteous. Very rude and abrupt. I told them on the spot I wasn’t happy with their customer service and will be complaining. They were not bothered and kept giving me attitude. Not impressed at all!
I visit The Clacton Outlet store of Greggs every week. My 91 yr old Mum loves the meat sausage rolls. I have the vegan ones. All staff there are kind and friendly. Marie is particularly helpful and always a delight to talk to after my hour and quarter long journey from Herts. I wish to praise all the staff in store, but thank Marie for her smiling face, as she is so happy when I arrive and sets the tone of the store beautifully. Kindest regards to you all from Lynne the redhead lady x
Greggs Newmarket inconsistent opening times. Shops staff never seem happy!
Today also drink coffee blaklaw Binswood avenue we are 5 gys but we not happy, but is make coffees very bad. like water
Bought a mince pie at my local Greggs today and have to say it’s probably the worst I’ve ever had. It was a case of spot the mince, very little filling and mostly pastry…..extremely poor value for money. Certainly no where as good as they used to be and an obvious cost cutting exercise!
Served cold, old slice at Rontec Shop N Drive, Wellington Rd, Taunton TA1 5LU. Awful service, i will think twice before returning to any Greggs, its put me off. disgusting.
There is good food but it's was raining so hard and storm and they didn't let us sit inside and you have to pay to sit and even charged extra because of the rain!!!! Discrimination!!! 😡😡
