Seems like a good price with good features.

When my contract lapsed, I was assigned a Default Rate that was 25% higher than the rate from my utility provider. Not happy about that! Also the website is useless as I have no account access.

Sunwave has been great to work with. They make the electrical distribution charges very understandable. And they also tell you that as long as you stay with sunwave you can transfer ito cheaper rates at any time without paying termination fees. The customer service people who speak with you on the phone are very nice.

Service is excellent but the current rates are very close to the existing UI rate. The gap has narrowed compared to the previous rates. Maybe UI is trying to win back customers.

I would recommend Sunwave. I did not like that you wanted to hike up my rate, higher than Eversource's rate, for one month until the new rate took place. That is why I left you. While I was enrolled you were good. I also don't like having a $50 fee in case I wanted to change before the 6 months was up.

We chose to re-signup with Sunwave because of our past good experience, their excellent customer service and good rate/terms. When I had a question, their customer service was quick to respond - and not with just a auto-response. The reps read my question and actually responded to me in a friendly helpful manner. I trust my upcoming association will bring the same.
