I have been a previous customer of …

I have been a previous customer of Sunwave, but had to go to a different power supplier because of the competitive rates and was not a customer of Sunwave for over 4 months. I have the opportunity now to pick a different power supplier and chosen to come back to Sunwave but they tell me I can't have the rate of 0.0620 because I was a previous customer. I'm a all electric homeowner and need to get the best rate possible so if this is the way you want to be competitive in the market well you failed I will take my business to a company that cares about there customers.

I keep coming back to Sunwave

I've shopped for power for the past 5-6 years. There are a lot of offers out there that report cheaper prices, but every time I examine them past the hype page I find the hidden up front costs and/or first time buyers time limit before the low price jumps to a higher price. Sunwave is always consistent with straight forward pricing. I still shop around... but I keep coming back to Sunwave. SN

I was really happy with Sunwave,

I was really happy with Sunwave,, but this set of rates were much higher than I expected. I thought I had finally found the company I could stay with for a long time. Now I will have to shop around again, I will have to say their phone representatives are really helpful and respectful.

First the hours for signing up to speak …

First the hours for signing up to speak to anyone is only 9-5 that was a turn off. Plus I didn't feel the staff was not educated well. I have an issue with my sign up date, ppl is telling sunwave needs to change the date, sunwave is saying ppl can only do this. I am 5 days shy of the end of the month with my old supplier and no one could help me and I am going to be charge an early termination fee. I was not impressed

The instructions to go back and change …

The instructions to go back and change my provider to Sunwave were very good. When the other provider went and changed from Sunwave to Green, Sunwave should have informed me because I don't remember changing it. Thanks Gladys Villagomez

Mediocre to poor customer service.…

I am giving you this rating for two reasons: 1. I have been a customer for 6 months and was at a rate of .0685/KWh. Then i receive your price for the next 6 months of .075/KWh, a 13% increase, awfully high increase for the current market conditions. Then i go look on "electricy options" website and see you are offering anyone a 6 month rate of .072/KWh. Is this anyway to treat your customers? Gouge some extra money out of them? 2. I signed for .072 and then get another letter quoting .075. What is going on?

Why raise my rates if I continue on …

Why raise my rates if I continue on without signing up. Seems stupid. You should renew at a lower amount to keep customers. I had to sign up for four months at a slightly higher rate. Why? Why not just re-offer the old offer to stay with you........
