After my contract with another power provider expired, they immediately jacked up the kw cost higher then what my electric company charged. I did an online search and found sunwave. The transition was smooth & i was saving over 25% on the supply charge on my electric bill. My contract is set to expire but i agreed to a renewal with sunwave because they were still a lot lower tha my electric company.
I shopped for the best price in a 6 month period
So happy I switched from Northeast Utilities I received a much better rate.

Whenever I have called regarding an issue (which really has only been once in the last year) or any interaction with a representative has been great. They have always been able to answer my questions. Even called regarding my newest rate and was given something better than what I had found available through Sunwave. They are very communicative in altering or reminding you when it comes to your enrollment or changing of rates etc. Would absolutely recommend this company!
Bait and switch! Sent letter that the start date was one date then an email that they rolled it back. When contract expired they never sent notification by email or by letter. They said they did but absolutely did not. Then extended the billing period 2 more months after I called and cancelled their service. Would not work with me. An untrustworthy company! Beware

Sign up was quick an easy - A quick call to Cust Service confirmed the Renewable Power was generated in my state
Have not called customer service yet, but my rate was supposed to be 0.06961 for 6 billing cycles, instead it came through at 0.099900. It took an extra month to switch over.
Always pleasant and helpful on the phone.

I think the price I'm paying for delivery of my electricity is still too high. The sole reason I have resigned with your company is because of your excellent communication, specifically when it came to having just one month left on my contract.
I recently renewed with SUNWAVE - I did have to call, as the on-line site did not allow me to specify the date of renewal. The service person was very helpful, and the transaction took only a couple of minutes.
