Having recently bought a property on The Rise through Goodfellows, I wanted to say we found Lynn, James and the rest of the staff extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. I was purchasing my house at the end of March 2025 which was undoubtedly a very busy time for all involved in house sales as a lot of people were looking to buy before 31 March. The estate agent for this property, Jonathan Walugembe, went above and beyond to help both myself and the seller get the purchase over the line in time, enabling communications between all parties to move as quickly and efficiently as possible, which was so helpful in the circumstances and for which we were all extremely grateful. Particularly as I'm aware it was probably a very busy time for all. Thank you Jonathan! I also spoke with other estate agents from Goodfellows when looking at other houses earlier on in the process who were genuine, friendly, and able to provide helpful local knowledge about the area and purchasing within this area, so it was a good experience all round.
Im very pleased with my collaboration with Goodfellows so far. Especially Maria Castle who has been assisting me in my tenancy, shes been so fast in replying and fixing the things ive requested. Great service

Just a quick one Andrea McDonald is a lowlife person I’m a single mum Have a 4 years old little girl she string me along for a year I had no heating bath and rising damp for a year I have all emails and damp specialist reports to proof She has known about this for a year and doesn’t care clearly not like anyone else me I you human beings what kind of woman would allow a single mum and four-year-old girl to have multiple chest infections living in damp? The damp specialist said it’s one of the worst cases he’s ever seen and told me to move out immediately and go to the council with his report This is the company called Goodfellas estate agents which is the property manager. I will upload every email photo and report from survey reports from all different people that they’ve sent and then to top it off they sent me a section 21 to make me and my daughter homeless , bit of a vice do not ever use Goodfellas estate agents ever !!!!!

We have put our house to rent with Goodfellows. Their communication with costumers is very poor, they did not arrange many viewings, they did not say the truth a few times about some processes, they overpriced our rent and said they would guarantee it to be rented at that price in 2 weeks... Ot took 2 months and we had to decrease prices. I would never ecomend Goodfellows to anyone, nery pricey fees and very unreliable.

Very disappointed with Goodfellows Morden. Very unprofessional. Impossible to contact the right people, everyone just passes you on to the next person who doesn't want to deal with the problem. They were nice until money swapped hands, then they became robotic and impossible to deal with. Our washing machine was broken for 3 months during winter and we had to constantly contact them without being given a solution. I will never use Goodfellows again

Goodfellows Team - Joshua & Kamilla handled the new tenancy at 3 willmore end very professionally and to our satisfaction . Very patronising, they will change what they say on every phone call and not communicate with you. They put the emphasis on the customer to continuously ring them to get updates and then when they answer the call go out of their way to make you feel like it’s your fault that you didn’t know the information that they hadn’t bothered to provide to you. Sylvia and Jane at the Heaton branch both told me completely different things and I have never once been updated on my situation without having to ring up and ask what was happening.

Rude, racist, patronising, and bare faced incompetent bunch of lazy bones. They just throw their weight around. They are a shame to the Estate Agency profession. I don't know how desperate you will have to be to rent, buy, or sell through them. They either seriously under estimate your property's worth or exaggerate it. A family member who was working in the NHS had dealings with them and they only caused us hassle, were disrespectful, and simply would not give us time of the day even though we were putting our lives at risk at Covid times. Really despicable bunch. Specially the Morden branch in Surrey. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Rude, immature, patronising, inefficient and ineffective. Can barely bring myself to waste breath on them, but avoid at all costs. Do Goodfellows give any training at all to their estate agents? Zero evidence of respect or professionalism shown towards tenants. Several suspected contractual issues breaching legality.
