Just had a query regarding my solar energy, the query was answered immediately by Gifty who provided all the necessary information. First class service !
I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.
Good energy has given us good service for several years. Khadija, who dealt with a query today, replied very quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. My only concern is that Good energy has become less ethical recently because of a buy-out.

Great experience so far with Good Energy. Joined in November on heat pump tariff which is very user friendly with good prices. Referred in by a friend which earned us both Β£50. Unfortunately this was not added to my account but an email to Custer service and Connor had it sorted within a day.

The customer service operative (Donna) was very helpful. She answered my emails covering all the questions I had raised each time I emailed. She answered promptly always within 24 hours and sometimes even the same day. Explained everything simply and clearly and brought the matter to a speedy and satisfactory conclusion. Service exceeded expectation by a long way

Lou responded immediately to my hastily emailed meter readings (left to the last minjute as usual!) and arranged for amended bills to be issued straight away. This saved me an immense amount of hastle trying to log on to multiple accounts and make the entries myself. Thanks again Lou!

I was most impressed with the prompt service from Good Energy, and particularly from Gifty, who could not have been more helpful. This level of service, sadly, is no longer available at many companies these days, so congratulations to Good Energy and to those providing the service.
