I was recommended to speak to Stuart from Gas Worx about a heat pump. We had a brief phone call, and he explained what they are as I know very little about them. I was very happy with the service and quote provided. The installation isn’t complete yet, but I’m looking to book it later this year.
What went wrong? OK, well, my Mother 80, allowed Sam and his men to put their scaffolding up in her garden to help access her neighbours roof. This resulted in two plant pots being smashed, pictures are available. Sam, has told my mother repeatedly, that he is a man of his word, and will replace the pots. Firstly he blamed the scaffolders, who then insisted it was not their fault and that they did not cause the damage, this then led to a number of messages between everyone, which basically ended up saying that these plant pots would be replaced buy Sam, who you may remember gave 'his word'. I have sat quietly in the background throughout this almost Fawlty Towers episode but now feel it is time to pitch in with my 2p worth. I don't know how much Sam made from this job, but replacing two simple plant pots, which he said he would, being a man 'of his word' would be a lot cheaper than what comes next. My Mother is 80 years old, all she wanted was for this Company to replace her two simple, plain plant pots, around thirty pound, which they said they would do, but they have brushed my mother aside like she is an irritant, ignored her, lied to her and now frankly do not even reply to her texts. Now ignoring her pleads and texts for weeks to replace the pots that they smashed, which, remember, Sam being a man of his word said he would personally replace. Please remember, she gave them permission to put their scaffolding up in her garden. He has been given plenty of opportunities to respond to these pleas, and now he clearly feels he has got away with this one. Hence this review. Do not let this Company intrude into your life or property, Sam is not a man of his word.
Great experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation and the discussion about the quote and technical details to the installation day with Ryan and his team. Thermaskirt installation in the new dinning area was really smooth. Not to mention that Ryan was immediately available for some quick answers to our queries following the installation. Very happy with the overall service. Highly recommended!
Ryan and Ed arrived on time for the annual boiler service. Job completed in the usual clean and efficient manner.

The two fitters who came on the first day worked extremely hard and were very polite. The second day we only had one who stayed to quite late to ensure all was completed on the second day. A very good service, thank you.

We had a new combi boiler installed to replace our conventional one. The engineer was friendly, punctual and efficient and left the loft clean and tidy. He also took time to explain how the new system worked. Gas Worx were a pleasure to deal with all round.

Not had the work done yet ... having new boiler installed in about 4 weeks... but they have been very prompt in dealing with all my questions and worries ...so all boost well ...

From our initial contact, Richard and Stuart were efficient and prompt in their replies unlike the other companies we contacted. They always reply to your emails and texts. A survey was carried out promptly and a quote giving us a number of options for us to consider. After accepting the quote they contacted us regularly to keep us in the loop as to when the work would commence. The men that did the work were efficient and hardworking. Once the work was completed, Stuart inspected it and returned the next day to put the finishing touches on. I would highly recommend this company as they are an efficient and hard working. Only thing to watch out for is there are a number of companies in Southampton with variations of the name Gasworx. Make sure you get Richard and Stuart.

These guys are great last night extended my outside tap to match the ev charger and extra power socket previously fitted. Iv now booked them in to do a water softener. We have no gas so they also fitted a full heating system with electric boiler two years ago. Brilliant

Amazing! From start to finish the whole experience was brilliant. Richard came out to quote for our new boiler he was polite and efficient with no sales patter and provided us with a quote there and then. When it came to the installation we had 2 installers, Scott and Stuart, who were both brilliant (despite a few issues which were dealt with without any fuss or added expense). They were a little bit more expensive than the other companies, but they certainly know their stuff and make the effort to visit to provide a quote instead of just making a phone call like other companies.

Would not recommend them to anyone, check your invoice as they charge you for things you did not have, and as work workmanship and time keeping, they left the flooring a mess after cutting the floor to get to the pipes, I had to put noggins under the floor to be able to put the flooring back down, then had water damage to living room ceiling witch was freshly painted, and as for being clean, left all the rubbish at the property and only took cooper and any think that was good for scrap money, even took cooper from the house that was not part of the rip out, Thought it would have been a good company to go for as they prosent there self well with there Web page and vans all sign written, but not the case,
