I am really enjoying my L4 Nutrition course! The way the program is structured is very clear and I have learnt to much in the process. Would definitely recommend Future Fit to anyone looking to gain this qualification and further their knowledge of Nutrition!
Signed up for the Level 3 Personal Trainer course today with ease, thanks to the assistance of Kelly Lucas and her advice in helping me start the process of achieving my qualification. Her patience was outstanding and took the time to answer all and any queries I had in full detail.
During lock down i thought about pursuing a personal training course. I contacted the company and got to chat with one of their sale people. Left it for a bit and the company cold me a few times to see if i wanted to buy as the offer was going to end. I felt like i should just go for it and the fact i was told there was a few days left to benefit from the offer.
I was told there was no time cap on the course got sent all the documents and terms and conditions which i signed. However my circumstances changed a lot over the months that follow. I contacted the company saying that i didnt realised the course had a time cap on it as told by the salesman. Also found out that some of the workshops were during the week which i cannot do as i cant take time off work as i have very limited holidays.
I had to chase for them to get back to me as i wanted to cancel the course. I enrolled mid May 2021 and contacted the company early july 2021 saying this wont be suitable for me. I was then called by a very unfriendly woman who said there was nothing they could do for me etc...
I was very unimpressed.
Im now finding myself in a difficult situation as im back working full time and dont have the time to handle this course.
Surely with the whole pandemic i would hope that they would be more understanding and people circumstances have changed.
After having contacted them only less than 2 months after enrolling the course...
Please help as I've already spend nearly £1000 towards this course and dont want to carry on paying as im no loonger using the service
Anyone in similar situation? Whats my right in this instence?
I have been studying with future fit for over a year now doing level 4 PT and Nutrition and have to say the quality of the e-learning, coupled with the huge benefits of the in person workshops have been a really pleasant surprise. The trianers I have worked with have been fun, approachable and knowledgable - and really seem to care about what they do and making sure you get the best education they can offer. There where only a handful of places I looked at that seemed to offer quality courses for what I wanted to do and I am confident I chose the right one. Money well spent and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to move into the fitness industry.

From the moment I signed up with Future Fit I was excited and inspired. The initial communication with the office was efficient, supportive snd professional- especially as I hadn’t been a Student for a considerable time!
The website and electronic program are great when you master the navigation. I especially like the progress pages.
My tutor was Caralyn- she was just fab.. from the first time I heard her speak, I thought I love that woman’s enthusiasm.
She was professional, supportive, kind, funny and very encouraging from the word go.
I qualified at Christmas and have now taught for 5weeks, have 6 classes with 78 paying clients.
I’m so happy that I signed up with Future Fit…. Helped shape my new career.
Completed my core training workshop and module. Ricardo was so informative and helpful, he supplied us with extra reading material and we all left feeling super inspired. He had great advice for all our questions in particular about being a PT in your own business. Future fit are also really supportive and always a fast email away from any help or questions you have about anything.
Courses are amazing - instructors are all knowledgeable & so so willing to share their huge amounts of knowledge & experience.
Tutor support are ace and help hugely with any problems I may have.
Future fit is one of the best personal training and nutrition course studies. The online website is very well organised and the assessors/instructors are friendly and supportive.
During covid hasn’t been great but definitely they made sure we would be working in a safe environment.
I was quite apprehensive before attending this course and on day 1 all my nightmares came true- I got lost, I was late, I was the only female and the oldest person there BUT none of it mattered. Very quickly the instructor had quelled all nerves, united the group and dispelled worries and apprehensions.
The course was very interesting. A huge part of the theory was done before hand and the final coursework and practical work between the course and assessment day.
On assessment day the examiner very quickly calmed all nerves so it was easy to feel relaxed and this helped the assessment go successfully and quickly. The feed back was helpful and positive.
