I was quite apprehensive before attending this course and on day 1 all my nightmares came true- I got lost, I was late, I was the only female and the oldest person there BUT none of it mattered. Very quickly the instructor had quelled all nerves, united the group and dispelled worries and apprehensions. The course was very interesting. A huge part of the theory was done before hand and the final coursework and practical work between the course and assessment day. On assessment day the examiner very quickly calmed all nerves so it was easy to feel relaxed and this helped the assessment go successfully and quickly. The feed back was helpful and positive.
