I would have been happy to have gained knowledge of Nutrition on a decent level before taking on the Advanced Level 4 Nutrition and Weight Management Course. Fast forward a year and a half and I'm in the process of putting together a 6 month program that will serve the community. Modules like " Childhood Obesity", " Post and Pre Natal Nutrition" add a greater understanding too Nutrition as a whole for all ages but the standout one for me to add to Weight Management was the Behavioural Change module. If you want learn about Nutrition and Weight Management I highly recommend this course.

I’m currently at the end of my studying and I can honestly admit that FutureFit is a great school with a team of highly qualified and experienced exercise professionals. I live in Moscow (Russia) and I have to take the flight every time I go to the practical workshop or assessment. It costs me a lot of money, but I never regret that I’ve made that choice, because I’ve got knowledge, and I had support and understanding from every tutor. Of course, if you want to be a good fitness professional, it mainly depends on you, your efforts and your persistence, but this school gives you a good start and helps you to understand how to use theoretical knowledge, explains how to apply your skills in practice. This is the most important thing. I’m confident now and feel that I know more than some fitness instructors from my local gym (and some of them have 5 or more years experience). It is hard and you have to study a lot, but it gives me what I want and makes me what I want to be.
