I've always had an interest in both sports and nutrition from a young age. Without going into full story-mode, February of this year I decided that I was going to revisit the nutrition side. I initially just wanted to gain some knowledge to improve my own nutrition and I wanted to understand some of the science behind it all. I stumbled on Future Fit's nutrition course and another course from another company. Just one phone call with Future Fit I found myself disregarding the other company completely straight away without even talking with them. When the other company eventually called me, I was even more confident that I had made the right decision to study with Future Fit. The first phone call I had with John (brilliant guy), I could tell that this was a knowledgeable and friendly company where I could easily learn a lot from, who even provide help to you after you have completed the course. The staff I have encountered so far have all been a great help. They more or less instantly solved many of the queries I had. I am currently studying the Level 5 Nutrition course and I am really enjoying it and have learnt so much. The course is very well structured and easy to follow with knowledge tests along the way to ensure that you understand what is being taught before you get to the assessment. The teaching always seems so fresh as it's not just reading text after text, but there are some videos and some interactive quizzes to keep you engaged in the learning which is a big bonus for anyone with a short attention span. I'm hoping to complete the course shortly and look forward to the near future. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ride and would recommend studying with Future Fit to anyone who may be interested on taking the next step.

I recently had my Level 3 PT assessment which is quite a big deal. I was very organised and felt very confident as i had a lot of support from the Future Fit support network which is really easy to access. They have facebook group pages, email support and you can actually speak to someone regarding anything. All of my queries were answered promptly and professionally, there is alot of support especially from the tutors who take the practical assessments, they always make themselves available to answer any questions or queries. I have signed up for a Pilates training course with Future Fit, part of the training involves workshops. I have completed my first one in Bristol over 1 weekend. The support team are excellent, the training material is comprehensive and the workshop insightful and instructive. I would recommend using Future Fit for any fitness training needs.

Fantastic course, with a good combo of online learning and practical workshops with tutors well versed in their professions sharing their vast knowledge and helping with all the little details. The online learning kept me engaged with regular quizzes throughout sections aswell as testing at the end of them. Would definitely recommend future fit to others.

I have used other training providers before, however future fits online portal is second to none it is interactive and features videos and quizzes to guide your learning. Iβm flying though the course and itβs without a doubt due to the quality of future fit.not 5 stars due to not all parts of the course being updated to their new teaching platform

I chose Future Fit to do my Level 2 and Level 3 personal training qualifications because unlike some online providers, they have 'in person' workshops and assessments. I am so glad that I paid a little bit more and went with Future Fit, it has 100% been worth it. The online learning is really well presented, easy to follow and very informative to learn from. The workshops are the real win with this company - they massively helped me boost my confidence, and put into practice my learning. I will be a better, more successful PT because of the workshop days. The office team are really helpful, and communication via phone and email is easy and helps you sort any queries out quickly. I really do recommend this company if you want an in depth experience that will properly prepare you to work in the fitness industry.
