Charlotte was great. Kept me up to date during the process and was on the ball. Quick responses to emails and always answered the phone. Was communicating with me Christmas even and completed on my remortgage before midday on the 2nd of Jan. very happy and sets the standard.

I have used other training providers before, however future fits online portal is second to none it is interactive and features videos and quizzes to guide your learning. I’m flying though the course and it’s without a doubt due to the quality of future fit.not 5 stars due to not all parts of the course being updated to their new teaching platform
