The Future's Fit
I've always had an interest in both sports and nutrition from a young age. Without going into full story-mode, February of this year I decided that I was going to revisit the nutrition side. I initially just wanted to gain some knowledge to improve my own nutrition and I wanted to understand some of the science behind it all. I stumbled on Future Fit's nutrition course and another course from another company. Just one phone call with Future Fit I found myself disregarding the other company completely straight away without even talking with them. When the other company eventually called me, I was even more confident that I had made the right decision to study with Future Fit. The first phone call I had with John (brilliant guy), I could tell that this was a knowledgeable and friendly company where I could easily learn a lot from, who even provide help to you after you have completed the course. The staff I have encountered so far have all been a great help. They more or less instantly solved many of the queries I had. I am currently studying the Level 5 Nutrition course and I am really enjoying it and have learnt so much. The course is very well structured and easy to follow with knowledge tests along the way to ensure that you understand what is being taught before you get to the assessment. The teaching always seems so fresh as it's not just reading text after text, but there are some videos and some interactive quizzes to keep you engaged in the learning which is a big bonus for anyone with a short attention span. I'm hoping to complete the course shortly and look forward to the near future. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ride and would recommend studying with Future Fit to anyone who may be interested on taking the next step.
