I really like the way the Trainning is laid out, and I’ve had to take a month away due to work, it’s great you can train at your pace and get back to it when the times right!
I have done 5 modules of my training so far including 2 practical assessments - I can not fault Future Fit at the moment and am thoroughly enjoying the course. The trainers have been amazing and the customer service second to none. The online courses are interactive and easy to understand and use.

Challenging and enjoyable training. Support available when required. Practical workshop well run and engaging.
The content, workshops and support are great. However, the scheduling of the courses is a bit of a nightmare. Too complicated and badly designed. Also, my suggestion would be that the assessments for the online learning should change after each attempt. The assessments for the the actual certificate though are quite thorough, covering pretty much all the taught material.
I have been studying my personal training with future fit for the last year and I cannot fault the practical courses they have been so much fun. However I have recently called Future Fit to let them know that as my personal circumstances have changed I won’t be able to continue with my personal training and will be very challenging to go on any further practical dates. I have been told that they need 5 WEEKS notice to reschedule a course. I mean how do you know what’s meant to happen 5 weeks in advance (i certainly didn’t know i’d be here 5 weeks ago) and if it is at such short notice it’s a charge of £50. They did tell me that I could extend my course time however that is not going to make a difference. I have also recently handed a few of my portfolios in which have taken 8 weeks to get back to me. I understand the company have a large amount of clients but, a course I recently did with another company it took them 12 days to get back to me with my portfolio they also have a large number of clients. Not only does it take 8 weeks to mark but it also comes back as a fail until the third submission and by that point you have to pay an added charge of £30! and after meeting people on the courses I am not the only one who has gone through 3 re submissions. It just feels slightly demotivating by that point. I am not asking for a refund i understand my situation however to be a bit lenient on the course dates would have been really appreciated.
Great training and videos to boost learning. Overall the course covered alot. Just the exam part I felt was short and went over the infant stage more. Lisa H
