Applied for a PT Apprenticeship of which after weeks they got back to me via text and 2 phone calls by "Jake". I text him back and rang him back but still no answer after 2 days!!!! Think I've had a lucky escape. Customer Service rubbish! No excuse for it, don't get peoples hopes up if you're not going to follow it up!
Everyone at Future Fit is very knowledgeable and helpful. The course is well organised and the support team is always on hand to help with anything you need. All content is very professional and as a learner, you really do feel as though you're being set up for success and every element needed to qualify has been considered in the course.
I've personally found the company offers the best courses at such great prices with pressure to finish within a certain time scale as sometimes life gets busy and people can't always commit to a time frame. The service I have received has been positive and friendly, going above and beyond when they can. I'm currently studying level 3 Personal Training and it's very easy to understand and the Student support zone that's offered really helps if and when you get stuck or need to have question answered. The qualified Assessors are friendly and have so much knowledge to share during the face to face training days.
If you do the online course you are basically on your own. I asked for a call once and the person meant to answer my questions made me feel like my questions were not intelligent by using an undermining tone. It put me off reaching out for help. In another hand, if will not take 3 months to complete that course for sure. The course is extensive, there’s a lot more reading than videos. In addition, there are dates and different locations for the workshops to take place so if the date required is full, we need to keep looking for the next available date at local city.
I’ve wanted to take a Pilates training course for many many years but, my circumstances didn’t allow me. Now with the hybrid system, I can. Although, I’m not fully qualified yet, mostly due to having started the training half way through a degree, I am able to do both. I am very pleased I decided to go for it, this time.
Katie Gallagher was a great tutor, she made everyone feel included and at ease, she injected fun into the day, and was a bundle of energy!
Jude Beales was fun & engaging made the experience great & made us all feel at ease! Really good was able to ask questions & she responded to all questions asked! All round a great experience and put my expectations at ease.
I did my level 3 mat Pilates with future fit so they are the only training company I considered to study to my level 4 master Pilates practitioner with reformer! Everyone is so helpful from the sales team to the tutors! I would highly recommend future fit. Love how it’s self paced.
Fantastic course and the tutors are friendly, really make learning fun and break down the information in such away, you absorb instantly. I would recommend Fit Training to anyone. I took my PT course with them back in 2005 and still continue to run a very successful business, that's why I chose the sports massage therapist course to help progress my current company and help my customers and the public stay fit and healthy and recover from injuries or prepare for an event. Future fit prices are very good too and very good value for money. So don't delay book your next course and make your dream HAPPEN, I did 🙏😊
