Course dates and Portfolios
I have been studying my personal training with future fit for the last year and I cannot fault the practical courses they have been so much fun. However I have recently called Future Fit to let them know that as my personal circumstances have changed I won’t be able to continue with my personal training and will be very challenging to go on any further practical dates. I have been told that they need 5 WEEKS notice to reschedule a course. I mean how do you know what’s meant to happen 5 weeks in advance (i certainly didn’t know i’d be here 5 weeks ago) and if it is at such short notice it’s a charge of £50. They did tell me that I could extend my course time however that is not going to make a difference. I have also recently handed a few of my portfolios in which have taken 8 weeks to get back to me. I understand the company have a large amount of clients but, a course I recently did with another company it took them 12 days to get back to me with my portfolio they also have a large number of clients. Not only does it take 8 weeks to mark but it also comes back as a fail until the third submission and by that point you have to pay an added charge of £30! and after meeting people on the courses I am not the only one who has gone through 3 re submissions. It just feels slightly demotivating by that point. I am not asking for a refund i understand my situation however to be a bit lenient on the course dates would have been really appreciated.
