I am currently studying to be a level 3 PT. The online course work is interesting and engaging. It's more indepth than I thought it would be. The in person workshops have been great fun and very informative. The tutor support is good and easy to access. The tutors I have met at the workshops have been supportive and more approachable and very knowledgeable. My only criticism would be course dates being rescheduled. I'm already a working mum, and fitting courses into a busy life to have the dates changed has been a bit of a pest. Lisa Forbes
Brilliant online course. Easy to navigate and full of information
The mixture of visual, video and text information was really helpful to learn from and really in-depth information that will help me in practice.
The PT workshop was concise, all the necessary information were delivered in a comprehensive way. It included both theory and practice for better absorption of knowledge. Tutor was highly experienced and did not lack of humour which only made workshop more enjoyable.
Great experience gaining my level 4 nutrition qualification. The tutor team were always very helpful when emailing with questions. Hopefully one day I will get round to completing my level 5.
Tutor named Neill was great help to prepare me for my assesment. Provided me with lots of tips and knowledge,explained everything in professional and easy to understand manner and made the workshop a great overall experience.
I just wanted to start this by saying I NEVER write reviews, but after the experience I have had with this company I just have to warn others about them. I unfortunately can't go into as much detail as I would like as my case is still ongoing, but as a company that literally promotes fitness and health to treat another human in the way they have has been utterly shocking, disappointing, and quite honestly vile. As someone who wanted to do a course with on the outside looked like a very reputable company, are nothing but fraudsters. They take the finance companies money, so essentially your in a loop that you cannot cancel or back out off, no matter if its financially or physically, but what's even worse is I needed to cancel my course due to MEDICAL grounds and after months and months of battling my case and even in the end I contacted the CEO, was left with nothing but un-human like and foul responses. They made out as if I should have predicted that I was going to get horrifically ill! Luckily, I am persistent and mentally strong to keep on, but like I saw another individual say on this site, what if I wasn't and I was mentally unwell. I am just dumbfounded as a young adult having to fight against such foul customer service team members, senior managers, and owners. Even if this review stops one person from booking a course with them then its worth while! Please, please stay as far away from this company as you can!
They're actually pretty good as long as you don't need anything from them and you just shut up and get on with it and don't ask them for anything that will further your position in the fitness world. I needed a level 2 submission marked quickly so that I can start a new job as a gym instructor. Instead of just marking this quickly I've missed out on this opportunity because even as a priority assessment this can take up to two weeks. £2,700 well spent when they can't even forward an assessment to a tutor for quick marking so that a paying student can get a job. Thanks for nothing.
I am really enjoying studying with Future Fit. The course material is detailed while the practical workshops are engaging and informative. I can't wait to qualify and put what I've learnt into practice.
