I love the fact that you can buy these shoes and then get them Tailored to your need. Such a if a shoe is 5.5 Inxh heel you can pay the extra money to get it a 3.5 inch heel. How awesome is that? Awesome!!!

Fun Shoes…
I ordered a pair of shoes in my regular size and they were a little tight. Once I informed them of the issue they immediately sent a request to the manufacturer and ordered them a half size larger. They didn’t hassle me at all. When my shoes arrived… they fit perfectly! I feel so appreciated. Thank you nice pair ❤️
Feet difficult to fit
My feet are difficult to fit. FSJ worked with me until we reached a solution. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service! The shoes are of excellent quality, comfortable and unique. I’m VERY pleased.

Awesome shopping experience!

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. The original pair of shoes I bought ended up being too small though I ordered my usual size. They were very pointy therefore narrow and when I contacted customer service, they sent me a brand new pair in another size that fit perfectly. I highly recommend this company. They stand by their product and the shoes were beautiful. I got the black velvet ballet flats with the bow and they are just gorgeous. I will definitely buy from this company again.

I had ordered two pair of shoes from fsj and at first was not happy with the time in which I got them because of a glitch because I wanted hem customize, but as soon as I got in touch with them, they immediately responded and give me back a refund

Honestly quite amazing
Honestly, FSJ's customer service has been examplary. Initially the shoes ordered did not fit well, so FSJ requested a video of my wife's feet in the ordered shoes. They actually used this video to custom-make a new pair of shoes for her based on what they learned from it - really quite amazing. Unfortunately the replacement shoes got lost in shipping and were falsely tagged as "delivered" by the shipping company. To rectify this, they made ANOTHER pair and re-sent it via DHL at no additional cost. The entire customer service experience has been nothing but impressive, and without any language problems, either. I want to thank Cara and Xuequin of the Support Team for their efforts in making things right. Yes, it took a while - but they did everything they could, and I appreciate that.
