I have used FreeTV a couple of times…

I have used FreeTV a couple of times now, always a prompt delivery and followed up with excellent customer service, I cannot find fault with them and would thoroughly recommend.

Free TV is not trusted. It locks up my Roku and Amazon TV's, and takes forever to fix. I do not recommend it to my worst enemy. Don't download it folks.

"I've had mixed experiences with Free TV. The product quality has been solid, and I’ve found the staff helpful when seeking advice, especially for Saorview setups in tricky areas. However, delivery times can be inconsistent, and customer service isn’t always easy to reach. While the gear works well, there’s room for improvement, both in service and expanding content options. Overall, a decent option but not without its flaws."

Delayed to delivery and customer service didn't refound the money back

I bought a Chromecast on 2th of January and didn't received the product until 15/01. I emailed they to cancel and they said will cancel and give my money back. Today (20/01) they try delivered the product and I didn't accepted (I bought another one) and now they said will take more few days to refund my money because need the product go back to the shopping. It's really anoing because they took too long to delivery and it's taking the same time to refund something I never touched. I'm really afraid to don't have the product and don't receive my money back. Don't recommend this shopping.

Abrupt customer service

Ordered a product three weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived. My third email was finally responded to with an abrupt and short response blaming Brexit! Product still nowhere to be seen, doubt it will ever arrive - waste of money.

FREETV FOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

I have used Freetv for a number of years to buy satellite dishes, boxes cable, connectors, aerials. Over the years I have spent thousands of euros at this shop and not once did I have a reason to complain. I recommend this Company to everyone who wants top quality products and service.

Poor service

Purchased a Remote Control which had a faulty home button (poor contact) out of the box. Phoned the company and requested a replacement in the first week. In the mean time I figured a way around using the home button for most but not all tasks. A couple of calls over the course of a year yielded no response. The contact reliability of the button continued to get worse. I had a note in my diary to write to the company near the end of the first year and on doing so I received a reply to say the warranty was only six months. This is not actually legal in Europe and I sent information to the company explaining the warranty in the EU was two years. The company ignored it and refused to replace the faulty remote. The company then said the warranty was one year and had expired but in fact I had written to them just prior to the end of the first year. I'm still hoping the company will honour their obligations.
