I have used FreeTV a couple of times…

I have used FreeTV a couple of times now, always a prompt delivery and followed up with excellent customer service, I cannot find fault with them and would thoroughly recommend.

Free TV is not trusted

Free TV is not trusted. It locks up my Roku and Amazon TV's, and takes forever to fix. I do not recommend it to my worst enemy. Don't download it folks.

Overall, a decent option but not without its flaws."

Long time customer feels let down…

I have dealt with FreeTV for many years, made many purchases, and always have excellent service. I have even referred friends to FreeTV. However, I recently purchased a simple satellite box (cost 67 euro) from them (to use on my office TV as I learned to use the Enigma multi-tuner box I had bought). It arrived promptly, and I have to say the Fastway service was excellent, I gave them a very good review. However, on staring it up, I noticed there were two dead pixels on the front display. I notified FreeTv and they suggested a fix which did not work. They asked me to send photos of the display which I did. They asked me if I wished to return the item. I suggested they send me another one and I would return the defective one with the same courier. I then got an email asking me to return (at my expense) the item and they would decide whether or not it would be replaced. Since I live remotely it would have cost me about 35 Euro to do so. I am so disappointed. I expected better service on a faulty item.

Excellent service prompt delivery

I enquired about a remote control for mini combo that I was informed was no longer available. Free Tv we most helpful in supplying and promptly delivering the unit and reasonably priced. I ordered Mon received Tues.

I wanted a camera for outside my house and the staff were more than helpful to explain and set me right. I have got electrical goods before and never had any issues with the goods or staff. Billy Condon

This company were extremely helpful…

This company were extremely helpful with technical support and when an item was damaged in transit to me they immediately replaced the damaged item without any problem. I would highly recommend this company all round. V.F. Dublin.

Products & cables ordered last month NO SHOW-NO INFO

This review is directed to FREETV.ie…. Products And cables ordered last month. No delivery. They used FASTWAY…. I swore I’d never use FASTWAY (see earlier review) . Please read on…. Nobody to talk to in support,! Email only !!! Eventually after 8 days, given a delivery date …… but without the cables…… We do not know and cannot find out when the cables will be delivered…… What I find distressing is that I am paying the bills to keep these guys in business….. I work weekends to do this….. these people don’t work at all on weekends!,,,, but their site takes an order for what they cannot deliver ? Something smells foul……

I had purchased a reel of ethernet…

I had purchased a reel of ethernet cable and when it arrived (very quickly) I discovered I purchased the the wrong kind for what I needed (completely my fault). I contacted the company, dropped the goods back and they arranged the refund quickly without any hassle. Great service and trustworthy.
