Long time customer feels let down…
I have dealt with FreeTV for many years, made many purchases, and always have excellent service. I have even referred friends to FreeTV. However, I recently purchased a simple satellite box (cost 67 euro) from them (to use on my office TV as I learned to use the Enigma multi-tuner box I had bought). It arrived promptly, and I have to say the Fastway service was excellent, I gave them a very good review. However, on staring it up, I noticed there were two dead pixels on the front display. I notified FreeTv and they suggested a fix which did not work. They asked me to send photos of the display which I did. They asked me if I wished to return the item. I suggested they send me another one and I would return the defective one with the same courier. I then got an email asking me to return (at my expense) the item and they would decide whether or not it would be replaced. Since I live remotely it would have cost me about 35 Euro to do so. I am so disappointed. I expected better service on a faulty item.
