Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Dishonest company hiding behind a terms of service to scam people. Will not refund an accidental autorenewal, even if they receive a message immediately after a charge. Although they responded that it can be canceled at any time, it cannot be canceled once charged, even if its hours after the charge. Despite their TOS discussing Right of withdrawal, that is apparently only applicable to the first year. Despite saying there is a right of withdrawal of a contract, there is not a right of withdrawal on an accidental automatic renewal.

Very disrecommend them because of the service level. I was charged for the annual renewal, I was sure that I canceled the subscription, apparently, something went wrong. And they refused to refund me only 2 days after I was charged. Their business model is built on the use of their client mistakes, and once they charge you, you won't see your money back even when their service is of no use for you.

Challenging workouts and like-minded family
I've been using Freeletics for 6 1/2 years. While nothing is perfect, Freeletics has been a great asset to me. I have benefitted tremendously from the workouts. The nature of the app has provided numerous ways to keep me motivated and accountable. And it's helped me connect with like-minded warriors all over the world (and build my language skills at the same time. ) I have met FreeAthletes all over the world who have been faithful encouragers and who check in on me when I miss workouts and give me a kick in the pants (tough love) when needed. And I get to do the same for them. Oh, and adding workouts with weights had been an awesome improvement. Thanks, FL!
