Challenging workouts and like-minded family
I've been using Freeletics for 6 1/2 years. While nothing is perfect, Freeletics has been a great asset to me. I have benefitted tremendously from the workouts. The nature of the app has provided numerous ways to keep me motivated and accountable. And it's helped me connect with like-minded warriors all over the world (and build my language skills at the same time. ) I have met FreeAthletes all over the world who have been faithful encouragers and who check in on me when I miss workouts and give me a kick in the pants (tough love) when needed. And I get to do the same for them. Oh, and adding workouts with weights had been an awesome improvement. Thanks, FL!
