Atenção à renovação da subscrição automática
Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Freeletics è l’app migliore per l’allenamento a casa. È circa un anno che mi alleno con il coach virtuale ed ho visto risultati che non mi sarei mai aspettato. Gli allenamenti personalizzati sono specifici e molto esaustivi, è ideale per chi ha poco tempo durante il giorno e per chi come me non ha voglia di girare palestre e spendere centinaia d’euro per gli istruttori. Un consiglio per chi è alle prime armi, partite con allenamenti a corpo libero per migliorare la condizione fisica gradualmente e siate sinceri nelle autovalutazioni, che altrimenti non serve a niente! Grazie e buon allenamento!💪🏼

Vale cada centavo a subscrição. Os exercícios são bem planejados, muito bem explicados e voce vai sentir que realmente faz a diferença. E não se engane, os sets de exercícios são bem desafiadores! Também tem a opção de retirar algum exercicio do set. Por fim, o treino é reajustado a cada feedback e isso deixa tudo muito bom. Eu me arrependo de não ter usado antes.

No refunds
The app and its content is reasonably good, helping you to progress with their training programs. However, I would echo other reviews in that their subscription renewal/refund policy is a bit dishonest. Particularly in that they don’t send a reminder of the upcoming renewal beforehand. I would recommend that anyone signing up should cancel immediately and then they can choose to renew on their own terms (likely also getting a better rate)! You CAN cancel at anytime (as Freeletics always respond to their bad reviews) BUT you will NOT be able to get back your money - and for annual subscriptions, that is painful. In hindsight this is the business model of most Gym memberships too: hope that their subscribers forget to cancel.
