Atenção à renovação da subscrição automática
Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

I've been on this app for 6 years now. At times inconsistent, but the app is better than any other in the way it pushes you gently to not give up, the audio mindfulness sessions are the best addition they came up with to make sure you choose to show up for your fitness instead of making it about being obsessed with your looking a certain way. I wish on my part I was more consistent, that way I'd never have faced this post pandemic fat gain. I guarantee you, there is no better app than this out there irrespective of whether you choose to workout at home, outdoors, gym or simply choose to run 💪🏼🤘🏼 and I wish the nutrition app would cater to Asian countries too, that's the only suggestion I'd make. Thank you for creating this app. I won't ever stop using it 😎

Yo estoy muy contento. Algunos se quejan de que la renovación es automática pero… como en otras apps! Simplemente te desuscribes al pagar y ya. La verdad que la gamificación es muy buena, los entrenamientos muy bien adaptados, siento progreso… Yo no solía hacer deporte por pereza pero llevo 1 mes y me tiene enganchado! A ver si sigue así :)

Best app for your health/well being!
I am an athlete for 20+ years, mostly martial arts and I can testify this is the best application I have tried. It is the most close experience to having a real trainer and a good one too. You are able to choose the intensity and what equipment to use, it will adapt to your time, space and environment. Start training and become your strongest, fittest self.

Great app with good material
Great app with good material. Some very challenging workouts and others not too hard for those "take it easy days". I have had a good experience, even after having to cancel due to a cycling accident, but back at it starting from scratch. Hope to be able to add other exercises or work outs on "free days".
