FIXD has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…
Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

I purchased a device from your company February 19,2025 but I never signed up for any premium service. On 3/5/25 a charge of $106.59 is showing on my account. I do not want this service and I didn't sign up for this service. I purchased the devices because they seemed like a valuable tool. I never signed up for any additional service. I downloaded the app because that was the only way to use the device. On 3-9/25 I used the device for the first time. Sadly from all the reviews I’ve read I’m stuck with 2 devices that I can’t use anymore unless I get a premium subscription. I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before giving my money away. Some ounces of preventions don’t make a cure.
1) Unauthorized charges in excess of $100. 2) Unable to speak with anybody on phone. 3) Voice Menu is meaningless. Doesn't resolve a thing. 4) Unable to return hardware through web site or by phone. 5) Web site appears not legit, to me (???). 6) Hope this helps!
So many bad reviews, i should have checked trustpilot first, damn. Same as many reviews, without authorization they charged my credit card $147.00 CDN. Several attempts to contact them and no response. This is a Fraudulent charge so i will contact the credit card company and let them launch an investigation. I have all the emails showing I've tried to connect and get a credit for this Fraudulent charge, with no response. I dont even want the device anymore, $20 bucks if anyone wants it.
I accidently pushed the wrong button while checking out my van and ended up with their Premium coverage. I immediately cancelled it and told them I did it in error. One year later, I get $107.99 deducted automatically from my paypal account for another year. I emailed them and told them to cancel and refund me, evidently, I didn't do it soon enough, so I am ineligible for a refund. Do not deal with these people, they are scam artists! It's really too bad, I never had a problem with their unit, but now I'm out $107.99.....disgraceful!
I have had my Fixd for a couple of years and have only been able to connect it once to any vehicle. I have tried multiple devices to connect through and on a number of vehicles. I did reach out to Fixd Customer Support but never got an answer from them. Other ODB Code readers connect to my vehicles with no problem at all. I started calling and emailing them 3 days after I received it and now it is way too late to get a refund or a Warranty Replacement but then again, if they never respond or give me the access to talk to them, it is useless. I would NOT get this device ever again and encourage other users to do your homework first as there are many ODB readers out there
Product NEVER came but they charged my account for the product AND the software that they don't mention you need. Getting a response from customer service took weeks! Then not all my money was refunded. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! TOTAL RIP OFF!
I ordered this item and when it didn't arrive I sent a message to the company. I was given a choice to continue with the order or cancel and get a refund. I chose to cancel and get a refund. Instead I received the package on the 25th. The same day I received my visa bill with charges of 86.95 and 99.99. I did not authorize the 99.99. I want an address so I can return the package and a refund for the two charges
I purchased online with paypal. I should have known better and looked at reviews concerning these scammers. My bad. i put in a request for paypal to stop payment. I did get a confirmation from paypal saying payment was cancelled. Beware!!! If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
