They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.
Awesome company I screwed up and missed the cut off date for the preview they charged my account accordingly and it went under called the company and they understood and immediately CANX the subscription I will be purchasing the premium package just because of there service
First of all, The app is great. It catches everything my expensive OBDII tester does. I love the convenience and leave it plugged into the car I'm having issues with. I have a son at college with an older car (which is why I bought this one) so he can call me and tell me what's going on if any check engine light happens so I will be able to coach him through it. I am a retail auto parts mgr and have recommended your product to many customers. Great product, great price.
Don't look any further, you have found the perfect product
This is probably one of the only reputable companies I've dealt with in a very long time. All products and companies experience problems, I know because I have had a remodeling company for close to 50 years. Unfortunately, the way things are these days most companies throw their hands up when you contact them with a problem and say "oh well that is our company's policy and there is nothing we can do". Those are the companies I no longer deal with.
FIXD is more than just a reputable company they did nothing when I contacted them with a problem but immediately take care of it. I do mean immediately. Thomas, the gentleman that helped me, was an outstanding representative and so many more companies should treat their hardworking customers the way I was treated. I've already bought their product and am very pleased with it. If they come out with something new I'll buy it without question.
Don't waste your time searching the internet. Buy from this company and you'll be more than satisfied.

IF YOU PAID for the FIXD device it will show you that in oder for it to work you have to join their service at a added cost , SO I WOULD BUY A SCANNER instead because it will DIAGNOSE all your needs in your car.

I used my FIXD to diagnose my problem. I knew I had a vacuum leak. I put some electrical tape around the vacuum leak. I went to the dealer to get it fixed. The dealer said it would cost $150 to plug the diagnose plug in. I told them I already know what the problem was. I saved $150 plus that day. I decided I would not get it fixed. The tape is still on there, 4 years later. I have used it to help my daughter with her car problems also. I wouldn't be without it. I reordered it because it was in my purse when my purse was stolen. Thank you for an opportunity to have this great device.
GREAT product from and AWESOME company! The actual product is super easy to use, works seamlessly with the app, and has a very intuitive user interface. I had a couple experiences with their customer service and each one was amazing - very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
