They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…
Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

Our kids gave us this FIXD for Christmas several years ago. We all drive older cars, that need regular monitoring and TLC. Three of the four adult kids bought them for themselves as well, maybe they bought a 4 pack and split it up? Anyway, we have all used them and are thankful for them.
I bought a part that did not work for me and when I returned it I had to pay for returning shipping as well. When a requested a refund for it customers services told me that all shipments are the full responsibility of customers either if they keep the product or not. I told the representative that there was nothing written in that regard. In other words, I spent $30 dollars but I did not get anything. Order on own risks.
It was a bad experience with post sale and techical support of Fixd, I have a week writing a mail and send them a photos with Fixd Faults and nobody wants to help me, just running around with the same explanation, It was a bad purchase, because Fixd company looks like a chinnese company, nobody help they just want to sell.
I bought this product to help diagnose warning lights on my BMW as it was advertised as being like ‘Having a mechanic in your pocket’ what a load of ****! This product can’t diagnose anything other that the check engine light apparently & when I emailed to question it’s usability I just got apologies that it wasn’t fit for purpose but they are working on it 🤔 There are much better products on the market - Avoid this one!!!!!!!
I have a 2015 Ram 1500 quad cab pickup truck and even though it has been a wonderful vehicle since i purchased it, it just turned 80k miles and some issues have popped-up. I had another OBDII tester that is 10 years old and difficult to update, so when I saw the FIXD ad in January, I was tempted to purchase it mostly because of it's very small size and its included app. It sat on my desk unused until the end of this passed April as my wife and I were literally leaving our driveway for a 3,000 mile road trip and i could feel the engine not running right. I backed up, retrieved and inserted the FIXD OBDII device and within in moments told me what was wrong: the number 2 cylinder injector was faulty. The app not only told me that but also provided service information, listed local repair facilities and produced average prices to make the repairs! And yesterday, the CHECK ENGINE light went on. I had just put gas in my truck and apparently, I didn't secure the gas cap tight enough, producing code P0456 - Evaporation system small leak. I received an email notification with a detailed video thoroughly explaining the Evap System and what to look for. In addition, it alerted me to another unknown minor concern: code B16B7 - center stop lamp control circuit, needs attention. Would I recommend the FIXD device to others? Absolutely! Not just because of the diagnostic capabilities, but because of the additional services it provides with explanations, videos, average costs and provided list of repair facilities. Awesome device and service!
Does exactly what it's says, it helped me get the right codes and even has videos to guide you through the repair, once your done it allows you to clear the engine light and run diagnostics to be certain the problem was fixed. Customer service has always been on point and quickly addresses any issues, I will continue to recommend this to anyone.
