FIXD has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…
Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

No matter what vehicle I put this device in, after awhile it reads my mileage as nearly 200+ more than the actual mileage (regardless of how many times I put the correct numbers in), also it reads my battery as “0% Replace as soon as possible, despite the battery being a special AGM $260 battery with no more than 3 years of use on it.
How about rating this software after I use it. How about going back to finish registration. The engine has two different model numbers, each are the same except for an extra “e” on one of them. I have never seen this before. I hope this sensor works as advertised.
I believed this to be a WHOLE car check over. Not so. ENGINE only! I had three issues with my car that I KNEW I had but, did not WHERE the problem was. FIXD did NOT confirm anything. You have to be very cautious in reading their advertisement. Somewhat misleading. I think it's okay for engine issues but mine were headlights, gas cap, radio issues. NOTHING showed up other than NO PROBLEMS FOUND. In their defense? I simply did not read or understand their advertisement clearly.
The app is very usefull to read and/or clear code. The free version of the app has a good amount of information for each code. The live data is a nice feature, but a data logging feature would be even nicer
