Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.
First off, I tested my battery with a tester and it comes out 12.6, then I used the tester that's on your app, it shows 11.7 (the engine was off), then it tells me see that the battery needs to be replaced, which is BS, I had a new one installed on May 4th of this year. Something is wrong here and it's not me.
Let start with the good things. The support is amazing. 5*
And now the bad ones. First of all,the build quality is poor. It have very soft pins which can bend easily. A cheap 10-20€ odb2 connector from amazon have steel pins.
And the worst is the app itself. First of all the device db is very light and many of the engine sizes are missing but you must select something which led to invalid measurements. The issue forecast is a good idea but you cannot add ad-hoc repairs so it'll show an upcoming possible issue even the item was just replaced.
The dashboard is not customisable enough and basic sensor reports are missing like misfire count.
It's way better option to buy a cheap odb2 conmector and use any app.
This is a useful tool. I don’t think it’s worth the monthly premium service, but for the amount of features they have integrated into the app, it is a nice option. My 14-day FREE trial started the day I ordered it, so that’s a bad sign. I received my sensor about a week after ordering it, so it didn’t give me enough time to use the full functionality of the app as needed. If the trial started after an activation, then it would be of better value for me and maybe others. I can see this being problematic for future clients, if they receive the sensor after the 14-day trial period, as there is a steep yearly fee for Premium subscriptions. All in all, I recommend at least the sensor purchase, and subscribing to the monthly service and subsequently canceling it before the renewal, to keep informed of your vehicle’s maintenance history.
I brought the product after several articles had suggested it was worth it... my first mistake, my second mistake was I brought one with premium included free for a month, I should have checked my emails so that's on me, but to then discover I had be charged over 100nzd for a premium subscription rather annoyed me as I never put my card details in for a subscription only a purchase of a code reader, the unit had not even arrived by this time that this "trial"ran out (clearly this is a common issue as they have stated no refunds for premium after the trial) .... the unit has been tested in my car and shows historic faults on days and weeks before I had the unit. clearly a quality product :( , the app also failed at loading live data from the sensor and even after multiple refreshes of app and sensor, several other functions either didn't work or were glitch. Overall cheap garbage that take dosnt preform as advertised and I'm amazed it has any positive reviews at all, watch out for that premium charge as thats the worst rip off I've had this year.
