They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…

Scammed by the scam detector

They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

It could save you money

Just wanted you to know how fixd helped me getting a new car. I was buying a 2019 Tucson with about 25000 miles on it. I plugged in FixD and found a few problems with the car. They had told me the car was in perfect shape until I showed them what I found. They not only fixed the problems at no cost to me but lowered the price of the car as well. I would recommend using FixD to everyone and pay the really low cost for the subscription. Greg Whaling Thanks

Would NOT recommend

Initially I though this product was fantastic. They took a subscription payment, that I did not authorise, but I thought I'd continue making the most of the product, so I didn't want to complain. However, it has stopped working. The sensor and app won't connect. I've contacted their support team, and all they do is repeat the advice on the website. When you reply advising that repeating website instructions doesn't resolve the issue, they ignore you, and you have to start the complaint process again. I've yet to get a resolution.

process the refund fast don't take too much time

Expensive and I do not recommend it to any one without notifying me they deducted $100 from my account if you don't take the subscription it is useless to buy i want to save people from the trouble that is why i am writing this out of my important time

Worst app I've ever used

Worst app I've ever used. No matter how many times I try to connect to my sensor, I never make it past the app asking me for the car model. I've watched all their videos to try and get it working but to no avail. Never going to buy this product again.
