They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…
Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
I didn't know about any subscription on this but today after having the device for 3 days I get a bill for 99.99 for a subscription.
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

Ordered product. Before I even received it I was getting emails on how to set it up. Next thing I noticed they did an annual subscription for $99.99 with out my permission. This could have been "hidden" in one of the numerous e mails sent to me. Bad business practice. An immediate trigger telling me to get away from such a company even if their product is good. Any company that takes money from you without consent is one NOT to deal with.
The scanner is the five stars. It read codes on my buddies tainted ‘04 6.0 power stroke king ranch. The app is confusing like there’s a glitch idk. I use TourqePro on my android. That app is the bomb. The format and platform is a little basic but that’s just looks. Back to FIXD, the scanner is worth every penny. BUY ONE, great addition to your toolbox
This unit is LIVE feedback while I am driving. My wife is notorious for not keeping an eye on oil changes. With the Maint Feature of unit I am able to see next oil interval by as unit auto calculates. Check engine light comes on-INSTANT Feedback from my phone. No waiting to get home to check with my handheld. This unit has inspired me to do predictive maint with front brake pads, Now I order parts before failure point and I don't take out the rotors waiting for pad delivery. GREAT PRODUCT.
Received Fixd as a Christmas present. Set everything up. Nothing happened to my car within the first 30 days(refund time period). However, this weekend the check engine light went on and the car doesn't start. Fixd says my car has no issues. Total garbage product.
